What is Breathwork?
Breathwork is one of the best things I have ever discovered! It’s seriously good.
Breathwork is a term used for various styles of breathing exercises. often based on ancient yoga traditions. Breathwork is about consciously breathing in a specific way and helps you get out of your head and into your body, where you can release all sorts of stored emotions and experiences. Ultimately it’s about your connection with yourself and it has incredible benefits physically, emotionally and spiritually.

What are my sessions like?
My breathwork sessions involve lying down and breathing in a specific way (it's really easy to pick up). It allows you to get out of your head and move into your body, to release stuck energy and emotions. It can help with loads of stuff, anything from anxiety and self worth, to physical pain and annoying behaviours and thoughts.
Personally Breathwork has blown my mind 😄, I’ve found it an essential and foundational part of my self development. Since discovering it, I’ve never felt more like myself. It's an incredible tool for self care and tapping into your creativity, as well as releasing and moving through anything that might be blocking you. You'll feel elevated and clearer. It's seriously awesome 🤩
